His size and being a one year wonder dont concern you at all? I am really concerned about Baileys ability to set the edge at the NFL level. I am much higher on Faulk than you clearly. But Faulk is a legit beast as far as size goes. He just needs coaching on his pass rushing skills. Quinn is just the guy for that imo.
Actually its the opposite because he's not a one year wonder, its part of why am sold. And he's gotten better every year. 7 sacks, 5 forced fumbles the previous season with a 91 PFF grade. 10 forced fumbles in his career.
Faulk is actually closer to being a one year wonder and that year was the previous season, not his last which to me is more of a red flag.
I am not big into projects in the top 10. I'll keep an open mind when they put up more games for me to watch of Faulk. i don't care about higlights as to pass rushers becaue they almost look great if you just take their best plays.
Bailey is a game wrecker, sacks, pressures, forced fumbles. I am not looking for tweener DT-DE types. We sort of have that with Newton. Doesn't mean these guys won't be better than Newtoon but its not what i am looking for on the menu. I want guys who scare the QB and can change the game quickly.

PFF highlights Bailey as a rising pass-rushing star with the potential to make a major impact in the 2026 NFL Draft.
PFF is especially high on edge rusher David Bailey, who
came in at No. 10 on their preseason edge defender rankings.
Bailey transferred in from Stanford this offseason and was one of the most highly rated players on the market. He was ranked as a four-star transfer, the No. 12 overall player, No. 3 edge defender, and earned a 95 overall grade
according to 247Sports.
That combination of ranking and production gives Texas Tech one of the most polished and dangerous pass rushers in the Big 12.
“Bailey is a throwback, no-nonsense type of defender,” PFF wrote. “The 6-foot-3, 247-pound stand-up outside linebacker pass rusher has a wicked first step and some very nice bend as one of the better speed rushers in this class.
