Gambling on Machine-to-Machine communication and bought some shares of Sierra Wireless ($SWIR). They just shipped their air card business, which was holding them down. I think they're poised for takeoff.
 
$SWIR up 3.3% today. Liking the investment a lot. Looking for huge growth in the next 5-10 years.
 
Extremely annoyed with myself for not jumping on $TSLA when I had the chance. Convinced myself that it wasn't a winner, and its up over 400% since it was recommended. Would have paid for my engagement ring and part of the dang wedding! LOL.
 
DDD now $70.5.

Not sure what stops this from seeing $100, $120 in time. Even if it pulls back a few points here.

It's brother, SSYS reports earnings tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm tempted to buy more, even though its at $70. I'm at almost 300% return from when I got it at $17.78! Pumped!
 
Looks my $DVAX pick is taking off. Still time to jump on, its doused to easily hit $5 a share.

i sold mako last week right before the break. bought @ 12.60 sold at 29.93
i wanted to hold on but the pending buying made it pointless to hold on anymore. best case i got 7 more cents each, worst case i lost money due to a problem.

I'm curtailing my enthusiasm on CAMT. I read a very negative article about it today, and am trying to get more information.

While I think the idea of bitcoin is neat, it's a completely manipulated market and the people participating in it are subject to the whims of a small portion of people holding majority of the currency.

In some ways its problems are not unlike the problems of our stock market and financial system in general, except that bitcoin is completely unregulated making it even worse.

That's my completely uneducated opinion though ;)

Here's everything I know about it BB. A guy begged me to throw a few thousand into it at $8. It sounded like some MLM scam, and I passed.

I couldn't understand it at the time, and I still don't. I understand why it would be attractive--supply and demand, and a currency without government influence--but I've yet to invest enough time into really learning about it.
 
Bitcoin - let's recreate all the problems of the gold standard but add the retarded speculation of the dot-com era (because prices should regularly fluctuate 10% in a day).

Oh, and we sorta fibbed on the anonymity thing.
 
Still time to get in on $DVAX, gents. Should easily get back to $5 a share, currently sitting at around $1.85.
