REDSKINS MAKE ROSTER MOVES


LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have made the following roster moves:

The Redskins released the following players:

DE Stephen Paea
LB Perry Riley Jr.

The Redskins placed the following player on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list:

TE Derek Carrier

The Redskins waived the following player designated as injured:

WR Reggie Diggs

The Redskins placed the following player on the Reserve/Injured list:

RB Keith Marshall

With the moves, the Redskins’ active roster now stands at 75 players.

Nothing shocking here. About $6m back in the cap between Paea/Riley - enough for a nice down payment on a Center.
Maybe Riley comes back later if nobody else wants for a major discount as depth.

Oh, wait. Almost forgot - Atlanta.
I guess the Skins won't pick him back up.
