LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have signed the following players to the team’s practice squad:

Sutton (6-5, 263) originally signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a college free agent on May 12, 2014. He appeared on the team’s roster throughout training camp and preseason before being waived on Aug. 25, 2014.

Sutton played collegiately at South Carolina, where he appeared in 50 games with 15 starts in his five-year career for the Gamecocks. He finished his collegiate career with 75 tackles, eight sacks, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception he returned for a touchdown.

Sutton, 24, attended Jenkins H.S. in Savannah, Ga., where he played on both sides of the ball, recording 85 tackles with six sacks and registering 75 rushing attempts for 830 yards as a junior. He was born Sept. 7, 1989.

Davis (6-1, 200) joined the Redskins as a free agent on April 10, 2014. He spent the offseason with the organization before being waived yesterday.

Chaz, welcome back to the Washington Skinaneers !!

And Skinaneers doesn't offend anyone !!
