I love stories like this! I knew a lady that was sick of receiving junk mail so she started billing the companies that sent her it for her time to dispose/read it. Most of the time she didnt get squat, but once in a while some companies paid her invoices without looking into them deeply.

Ha! I heard a woman billed her doctor's office for making her wait several hours past her appointment time, and they paid it.
