Unlike Sonny, I do have memories of Barry from the glory years. He had a tough job being the opposite cb to Green. But like Vernon Dean and Martin Mayhew, he got the job done. Green got the glory, but since no one passed to his side of the field, then it was up to the other corners to shine.

During the 1987 playoffs, Wilburn had three interceptions. Two of the three came in Super Bowl XXII against the Denver Broncos. The Redskins won the game, 42-10.
