If you haven't seen this, it's gross. It's dirty, on the level of Haynesworth stepping on the dude's face. There's only one reason you do this and it is 100% to injure. The gator roll... Carson left the game with a sprained knee and it appears he could miss some time. Currently listed as Questionable for the game this upcoming weekend.

Florio said this in the article...

Hill reportedly won’t be suspended. He should be. It’s unacceptable behavior that falls squarely beyond the boundaries of permissible contact. It’s a cowardly act on par with a sucker punch, and it has no place in the modern game of football.

Well he reportedly wont be suspended, can't say i'm surprised, but it's stupid.

Edit: another angle...

I don't understand why the NFL doesn't come down hard on players who pull this stuff. The question has to be asked, if a WFT defender had pulled that move, would the league be so generous? But when it's a precious Dallas player, they're going to get a slap on the wrist every time. And while we're on the subject - did anyone watch the Green Bay - Saints game last night? I have never seen a game where the officials were so aggressively involved in making sure that one team got every possible break imaginable.
