OK, I don't wanna be the B-word of mods, but can we keep things in their lane?

This has nothing to do with our team, not even a random thought to our team. Comments like these need to go in the NFL random thoughts or something.

Dont we run hurry up the most of any team in the league? So I.... disagree. It was me backdoor saying I am THRILLED we run hurry up and pointing out another benefit I figured out. I thought all here know we run hyper hurry up, without me having to spell it out to make it more clearly a commanders comment.

I'd think its ok to discuss random things that happen in other games that relate to random commander things

It'd be handy to have an Around the NFL thread in THIS forum.

If she knows her stuff, knows how to read the call sheet, and knows what she's listening to, I have no idea with an owner educating herself. As long as she doesn't start calling plays.

Mark Cuban was courtside and in a lot of huddles and he explained it as "how am I going to evaluate people if I can't see them work?"

The problem with Snyder is if he did this, he wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the game being called and Mary had a little lamb being played over the headset.

And how would we feel if Josh Harris did this? I think the fanbase would freak out and begin building fallout shelters. Not a good look for the owner to be in a headset by the coaching staff. Want to do it from your box where you aren't going to be a distraction? Fine, but when I first heard of her doing this back in the summer time, I was flabbergasted.

I personally wouldn't care, again, assuming they were trying to educate themselves. Harris sat in the draft room. Shrug. We have PTSD from Snyder, but if there is an owner who really wants to be educated to be able to evaluate the employees, the more information the better to me.

Since the game last Sunday, seen a lot of comments how fans don't like Brady as the analyst.

I thought Brady was ok. Not great but ok.

Who is the best analyst going today in your opinion? Who's the guy you want doing our games from the Networks these days?

Brady is improving. I couldn’t listen to him last season.

Best: Honestly, Aikman. Of course, I hated him for obvious reasons as a player. However, the man knows football and I would love to have beer with him and talk football now that he is 25 years gone from ticking me off regularly.

These mid week pressers are an absolute waste of time and a joke, I understand the NFLs logic of making them mandatory but at the same time they are a huge waste of time. DQ and JD obviously would rather be somewhere else, the answers are coach speak for DQ and barely more than one word answers from JD. I completely understand where both are coming from, neither can say what they would really like to say and you can only say so much without giving away game plan etc or throwing teammates etc under the bus. Its a farce. Rant over.

Yep, sometimes end of season pressers can be entertaining if the coach is getting fired and throws the organization under the bus, that and Belichek was sometimes good for a laugh at how he responded to dumb questions.

Greg Olson is great. Ross Tucker is good. Both can be funny and entertaining at times. Tom Brady is fine, he's just as vanilla as Mike Nolan's defenses.

Yeah I like Aikman a lot and despite what so many people think I like Chris Collingsworth as well. Brady sucks.

Hear me out on this one. If the Commanders instead of having a Croskey Merritt jersey just used BILL I think sales would be huge. Plus the team saves a ton of money by not having to sew on as many letters.

I refuse to use Bill as a personal protest. Why is JCM the only player in memory who is addressed by his nickname? Did announcers say as they called the game "the give is to The Diesel" as they did with Bill during the preseason? No they used his fucking name. The fans/media obsession with this nickname has grown tiresome.

Shipping here has been a nightmare since the tariffs and my Bates jersey and hat were supposed to be here Friday and instead we're returned.

Not quite as sad after seeing our last game, and Bates injury, but damn it.

It's happening constantly. When things say they reach, they've been returned. USPS is messed up now.

We are the minor league for kickers. They all end up better than the randos that we replace them with. Going all the way back to David Akers in the early 90s.
