Another thing that cannot be overlooked is the fact that he has already been disciplined for violating covid protocols when he made reservations at a team hotel for a family friend... this is not strike 1.

Already had one Covid suspension, has a coach fighting cancer (a comorbidity, last time I checked)... seems to handle losses really well, though.
 
Seems to me if he was studying the play book instead of hanging late night he wouldn't have to play with a wristband

A lot of people love the life of a king, but not the work of a king is one way to put it.

Also, endearing yourself with the owner via personal relationship with his kids gives an extra sense of complacency. He pretty much is an adopted son of Snyder.

I do not think Snyder will let Dwayne be cut yet; he will be given at least one more chance.
 
JP Finlay posted this right about the time this was breaking. Makes me think there isn't much legs to this. If it is him, who knows when the picture was taken.

 
welp...If I had waited I few minutes, I would have seen him post this. No definitive yes or no if it's real yet, but definitely looking into it.

I am so done with this immature child. When we need him the most, after a huge game and a chance to make the playoffs....he parties with strippers.

At the end of the day, for me, this latest Haskins story is just another bitter reminder that despite the improved play, despite some of the exciting young talent we have assembled on this roster, despite a great coach who seemingly is turning this franchise around, we are always living under the shadow of Dan. After all, Haskins by accounts was Dan's hand-picked draft choice.

Sure, there has been promise this year, but reality suggests that Rivera has years of cleaning up the mess Dan created prior to his arrival. All we can hope for in the meantime is that Rivera's leadership and the football people can do enough good to keep the product on the field stable and improving, while also keep us fans engaged.
 
I can only imagine the amount of frustration and anger being felt within the organization from players, coaches, and administration.

Imagine busting your butt to achieve and having the chance they now have being put at risk by a child.
 
Alex is already well regarded in Washington.

After all the bull Dwayne's childish behaviour has created, if Alex plays on Sunday and leads this team to a win and division title, he is cemented as your Redskins starting QB in '21.

There is just something to be said about professionalism and leadership and I think that trumps everything by leaps and bounds with Rivera.
 
Wow. How could Haskins be so stupid? Who is going to play QB on Sunday? Is it Taylor Heinicke? Is that his name? Holy crap.

If Haskins has to miss time for this I'd cut him tomorrow.
 
He's definitely a few nickels short of having a few nickels, dumb kid that's all I can say
