If he comes in tonight and sets the field on fire, it will put to bed anything said in favor of preseason games.

And why was Breland continuously out on Brown... ?

That explains a lot. I woud have had Norman covering Brown leaving Breeland (not Fuller as I proposed) on the lesser lights, and helped by Hall and Bruton/Cravens.

Brown basically beat Breeland like a rented mule all-game.

I was aggravated with Brady Quinn's analysis of our D on NFL Radio last week.

I owe him an apology. Kerrigan and Smith did little to nothing and Breeland's a jag.

Not addressing the pass rush or the dline this past offseason is a serious,Vinny-esque whiff by McCloughan.

I think he got beat repeatedly by that 1st-year player Eli Rodgers, too

Kerrigan was repeatedly held, as usual. Can't blame him for that.

Did the Steelers have a penalty called on them all game?

Heard that excuse ever since he's been here.

Clay Matthews gets held,JJ Watt,Demarcus Ware and Von Miller too.

But they still find a way to make a difference.

When Kerrigan is getting blocked, he just throws his arm up in a rip move and just leaves it there as he tries to run around the defender. He then has the defender attached to him as he tries to get around. He then looks for a holding call. He does nothing to get around the blocks and just puts himself in a terrible position. Defenders probably love blocking him because he's going to engage for them.

Full baskets at that

I didn't turn the game on until late 3rd quarter & still witnessed atleast 15 missed tackles by our "defense"

For whatever reason, Glass Joe only seemed to have Norman on one side of the field and Brown always seemed to be against Breland.
