Living down here afforded me the opportunity to see Dak many times. He will have a great game on occasion, but he will stink it up as well. Very inconsistent.

Terrence Knighton to me is a non-starter. I see that there are some Redskins fans that want to bring him back in case he gets cut in New England, but the truth is he was a clear disappointment last season. He promised to come in ready to play and make a difference after not getting a new contract in Denver, and instead he came in 20 pounds out of shape and spent half of the season trying to slim down.

Then in the offseason I read where he lost 35 pounds when he signed with New England because 'Coach Bellichick wants guys in shape when they hit camp and ready to go'..................

So, evidently Knighton has genuine respect for the Patriots while he considers the Redskins simply be the suckers that paid him $4M last year for what was a forgettable season.

If he gets cut, let him go to the 49ers or Chargers or another team rebuilding from the bottom up.

I think this could be a blessing in disguise for Dallas.

Other than Romo and Witten, this is a very young football team with good skill players in Bryant and Elliott.

If Prescott is the real deal, Dallas may not be playoff bound in 2016 as he learns the pro game as a rookie, but it could make for a quick rise in 2017 and 2018.

Overall, we've been incredibly lucky with injuries this preseason. Only Steven Daniels suffered anything serious.

Was told It was good news for Ryan Kerrigan on his MRI. Uncertain if he'll have to miss practice time. That is still to be determined.

Saw Gallette say on Twitter that Houston Bates was Rob Ninkovich 2.0....just needed opportunity to show it.

I think this could be a blessing in disguise for Dallas.

Other than Romo and Witten, this is a very young football team with good skill players in Bryant and Elliott.

Fortunately, we get him in Week 2, so he'll still be very green at that point.
AND it's a home game for us, so that's even added pressure for him.

Money or ability? Because he's up there in age and according to reports we're looking at Jenkins. Kruger was a beast in Baltimore, had a good season in Cleveland, but that was 2 years ago...last year production fell off.

This has me a little bit reeling about the lack of additions to our OL and DL during the off-season. The names being bandied about are aging DL and an oft hurt C. I liked the move for Stork, but it didn't work out...we lost nothing. But Jenkins? Kruger? We cannot go deep in the season again with a DL by committee and Josh LeRiebus anchoring the center position.

tr1, I think you take many of your arguments to the extreme, but this is an area of common ground you and I share. I simply have to accept that Rome wasn't built in a day.

I liked the attempt to get Stork too, but let's face it: We're two weeks out. It is highly unlikely another Josh Norman is going to fall from the sky. At this point the team is what it is.
