One year ago today, reports began to surface that the Redskins were interested in a former executive of the 49ers and Seahawks.

Scot McCloughan, we are glad to have you in town and hope you stay for many, many years. Thanks a bunch.
 
Winning is always nice; however, I've always stood by the notion that winning is sweeter when you are cheering for good people underneath the colours of our favourite jersey and helmet.

From a distance, it certainly appears as though we have some quality people in our locker room. The likes of Cousins, Kerrigan, Morris, etc., and the professional approach they take to the football field each week is starting to finally pay dividends.

I personally wouldn't put too much stock into what happens on Sunday. We are playing a team with an elite QB that can breakout at any moment, and one that has experience playing in pressure situations that the playoffs bring.

Regardless of outcome on Sunday, let's feel good about this team's prospects moving forward, as the quality of the on-field play is starting to finally catch up with the quality of character within the facility.
 
I understand what you are saying CH, but honestly, I hope this team means what it says - that they haven't achieved their goals. Nothing is guaranteed, for sure, but that's also true for the Green Bay Packers. I put a lot of stock into what happens Sunday. We're in the playoffs, at home, and there's no reason in the world that the Redskins can't show they are the better team. I'm not going to start Whistling Past the Graveyard now like so many have done all year. I'm all in, and I believe in these guys.

I couldn't agree more about the quality of many of our guys.
 
if the story is true and Griffin has said he wants to play for Dallass I will throw all of the jerseys and any/all memorabilia I have with his face on it.

Once the guys started getting some wins, both he and Doc are liking what they see, working hard and getting smarter.
Guess they're bandwagon types :)

There was one suggestion to Crowder 'get the ball and go', BMitch told him with his burst, defenders will run right by him with little time to react.

I was thinking about that on Sunday while at the game...if he hits those gaps with his burst, those gunners will run right by him.

Johnny Football also wants to go to Dallas. The thing Dallas have to think about is whether they want an immediate starter (RGIII) or someone they can groom as a future replacement for Romo (Manziel).
 
Cooley and Czabe has a call in contest going on for two tix to the game.

They ask three questions, easy to hard (obviously).

First caller.... first question.... 'what's the name of your favorite player'......... 'Bryan Kerrigan!'

poor guy......he didn't win the tix :)

One of the hard questions...... what's the name on the ball cap Czabe wore in today..
