Culliver hurt at practice today. Officials think it may be an ACL tear.

The Redskins are worried that Chris Culliver suffered a significant knee injury in practice on Thursday, a source told CSN Mid-Atlantic.

Culliver, the starting right cornerback, left the facility sporting a heavy duty brace and walking with the aid of crutches. Team officials are awaiting the results of an MRI.

“He jumped up for the ball [and] landed on it,” Coach Jay Gruden said. “We’re getting him checked out now.”

I agree to an extent, but Culliver (setting aside the epic play that got negated last Sunday) has been incredibly shaky so I'm not sure this hurts us much. I have to believe he's been playing hurt for awhile now.

Anyone can get hurt at any practice. Faulting the team for getting as much prep work in as possible is ridiculous. And inconsistent with just about every post you've made in months. Sorry - hope you are having a great Thanksgiving, but you're reaching.

In the NFL, If you're playing on Sunday, Wednesday is always a practice day.

They even moved practice up so the players could get home early to be with their families.

Nothing wrong with it imo. Get your work in and knock off early for the holiday.

Besides, this team needs all the extra work it can get...especially after the ass kicking they took last week. I know if I were playing,I'd want every opportunity to get the bad taste of that game out of my mouth.

Just bad luck all the way around.
