How does Tony Wiley still have a job? Can anyone name the PR director of any other team in any other sport? Heck, can anyone even name the White House Press Secretary. But we all know Wiley's name because he's always linked with one screw up after another. This guy throws gasoline on every fire.
 
All I can say is I had some fun on Twitter tonight, but it's an absolute media feeding frenzy right now (no pun intended).

Hahaha! I just saw the "alleged" tweet from McCloughan's wife. I find it hilarious and am quite pleased that someone called her out. So tired of the media thinking they are owed respect when they give none. Like I have seen, Dianna Russini has been wrong about the breaking news she "reports" more often than correct. **** her!

Only problem, idiots in the PR dept who said this was a fake twitter account. That bullshit "excuse" is getting used by everyone today. I echo the ineptitude of our PR dept...something has to change.

Compounded by Scot's wife coming out in conjunction with the Redskins with an official apology. Tony Wyllie just keeps striking out... this incident was not his fault but now we have egg on his face because they tried to cover it up before having facts. I'm not sure if HE was the one that pulled the trigger... but he's the guy in charge of that department.
 
WTF. Is the team TRYING to piss us off? How in God's name does this happen, and why the **** hasn't Wylie been fired ten times by now?

Jesus, it is LITERALLY always something with this team. What will today bring? An assistant scout is running a drug ring? Not sure I would be shocked anymore.
 
Someone fill me in on why the focus is on the hapless Wylie and the catty "blow job" comment, and not the suggestion our GM has a "sidepiece" who happens to be a local beat reporter?
 
Well, I think the source of an accusation is pretty relevant - we're talking about a jealous, clearly irrational (and likely, not very bright) spouse here...
