I would say say the latter [emoji13] Seriously though I doubt that is proper form regardless. He needs to take care of his getaway sticks.

With Chester gone one of the younglings must be blowing it up. My $ would be on Long but total speculation. If it's Okeechobie then all the better.

Ha thats a good one. Let's see, two blown knees, one blown ankle. He' got two shoulders and one ankle left. Its almost even money he blows the other ankle before Sept. Is there a Vegas bet for that?
 
Hey, we can't move forward if we keep looking back.

The way you learn to play is by playing.

Long or Kouandjio or whoever gets the start will need 8-10 games to become comfortable and really show us what he can do.

That wasn't going to happen with Chester here.

I hope Lauvao reads the tea leaves. His play last year was not anywhere near justifying his salary.

Play better or move over.

Glad to see Scot is moving on these personnel decisions early so the younger guys can get 100% of the time they need in camp.

Ditto for the corners with Porter leaving.

Porter looked like he was going to be a star after winning the SB with NO, but he can't get out there and play 16 games.
 
Yeah, I am not convinced Gruden demands and can get maximum accountability out of his players.

Discipline seemed to be lacking at times last season.

Now he has a GM over him that didn't hire him.

He has to come out and have this team look professional.

They might not have 14-2 talent but they need to be competitive and avoid the bickering/in-fighting that characterized the Gruden-Griffin relationship.

I'm not entirely convinced Gruden will be even coaching in this league in 2016 in any capacity. Too much attitude and ego, too little competency.
