Hard to imagine Scot's being here isn't impacting the coaching hiring procedure. Even if he's not directly involved, the mere fact that potential hires looking at this organization see that it has hired a universally respected personnel guy to run the show ... well, it has to mitigate well in its favor.
No disagreement here. And I'm happy we landed the GM before getting these other coordinators. I was scared there for a day or two that we might not do it in this order.
I like brining in Callahan to coach OL. He was known to be a very good OL coach before coming Raiders HC. Hopefully he can work some magic with our OL. Plus playing against us twice a year gives him insight into our personnel.
Who friggin cares who broke what story... I mean, really? When the team announces something, then I pay attention. I love the team, love the Redskin nation, and I understand it gives people something to talk about, but people get their draws in a wad over each and every friggin rumor... hem hem... report from an insider. There's a pretty smart cat around this place that once told me something to the effect of, don't stress over stuff you have no control over because in the end, what will be will be. It makes life, and being a fan of this team so much easier....
"I know what you're thinking. Do I block the "A" gap, or the "B" gap. To tell you the truth, in all this confusion, I forgot myself. But being this is a .44 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head CLEAN off! You have to ask yourself a question. Do I feel lucky?

Told #Redskins have wanted to hire a QB coach for a while. Offensive staff a little overwhelmed last season. Been a priority since December
