he may have a plan...but the issue is having resources.
I personally don't care at this point how it plays out....just interested in the logic/constraints/assumptions of the decision process.
I presume that he'd evaluate his resources as part of the plan as well as having alternatives in mind before getting rid of Griff or anyone else for that matter. He'd still need to field a team of some sort.
