I didn't get around to producing a BBQ blog this week - my attitude about so many things has been a big, fat negative. I apologize for the lack of initiative this week and will have a new installment early this coming week.

7 is definitely closer to expectation than 9 IMHO. I don't mind they're favored but that just seems way high. Especially since they were nothing special either last week.

2 good offenses with meh defenses, I hope Kyle runs it 43 times to grind em down.

Don't know if anybody else noticed on the game, but on the drive at about 8:30 left in the 2nd, they were showing other players' stats, and every single one of them had the last name Griffin. I noticed it on the KC-DAL game, that it said "Tony Griffin" "Dez Griffin" "Jamaal Griffin". Then it showed the bears game..."Jay Griffin". lol

Teams that are in the same system for a few years get better over time because instead of thinking, playing becomes "instinct".- Except if you're the Redskins


Teams that have late season success the previous year,build off of that success and carry it into the next season.- Except the Redskins

These guys actually like one another,pull for one another and that will translate to winning on the field.- Unless you're the Redskins.

Sav Rocca is done and needs to be replaced.

The defense needs to be sat down and told that they actually get paid to tackle.

Our secondary.....let's just put it this way: 4 abandoned shopping carts scattered through the Safeway parking lot on a windy day would provide better coverage.

Need more alcohol.

I look on the bright side. I won $100. I posted on facebook last night that it would be 38-20. My cousin called me and asked if I wanted to bet $100 on it. The only stipulation was that the score had to be exactly 38-20 for me to win, regardless of the victor. I took the bet and made something of the misery at least.

I hated the Meriweather signing from the beginning, this is well documented. It sucks to be right; this guy is a moron. A MORON!

Well, had a day to think it over and still pissed. 2 first halves in a row the whole team looked completely lost out there. I wouldnt be hurt at all if they scrapped the whole pistol set. Dont know if its tms have film on it now, they cant execute it or some combo of both and more.

Not sure if the D is going to get any better, at least til they learn how to friggin tackle! Love him to death but I saw Fletch arm tackling and whiffing as well. Sad but seems age finally caught up this season. More bad angles and arm tackles than I've seen from the skins in a while.
