Random Commanders Thoughts

When did Vinny move to Minny?

Nick

So the Eagles are starting ... Chase Daniels? Wentz with a broken rib?

Interesting times.

I think the Eagles front office realized their team was likely to go 5-11 or 6-10 WITH Bradford, so it was better to just let 2016 be a step back year to reorganize their roster and pick up some picks for 2017.

Boy, the Eagles lucked into that. Got a first rounder for Bradford? I'd take that in a second.

A 1st rounder for a QB who was just a backup, and who they will only rent for 1 year ?
Irony is at the time Philly uses the draft pick, the Vikings will be done with Bradford.
That tells me one thing.
The Vikings whole-heartedly believe they have the entire supporting cast to make a Super Bowl run THIS YEAR, and all they need is an average QB to make it happen.

The Vikings definitely got robbed. But they're preparing for the possibility of a lot more than just one season out of him.

When you look at Bridgewater's injury, I think 2017 is an incredibly optimistic timeframe. Dislocated knee and pretty bad structural damage... that's no joke.

Not that Bradford is the answer, especially for what they gave up.

Bradford has to be the luckiest SOB on the planet. Highest in guaranteed dollars on a rookie deal before the current CBA and paid insanely for borderline marginal QB play... ?

The Redskins have activated rookie first round pick WR Josh Doctson from the PUP list.

Can't remember the site selling them but I copied the pic of the shirt. I think it's pretty cool, what say you guys?

Isn't it the same injury as RG3? All in!

Same injury plus a dislocated knee. Which is even more serious. And other, unspecified (not nerve) damage.

2018 is realistic, and he had better learn how to be a pocket passer.

RG3's knee was dislocated too, if memory serves. It's common when all those ligaments tear.

He dislocated his ankle, but I don't believe he dislocated his knee. I could be wrong.

I might be the only person alive who has dislocated his knees a total of ten times. 5 complete dislocations on each knee. I took that same ambulance ride ten times, and wore the same full leg cast he's going to wear ten times.

A dislocated knee is much more painful (he was sedated) and will take a year by itself. Add in the torn ACL, and he won't be the same physically or mentally (to take a hit) for two years.

He's somewhere between where RG3 was and Joey T. Hopefully much closer to RG3.

I'm gonna leave this here......
