Random Commanders Thoughts

I haven't heard anything about that stuff.

Right now I'm assuming a good 80% of the noise is complete bullshit anyways so, not really paying attention to it. Just listening to ESPN 980 because I actually trust what those guys have to say.

Brian Mitchell's real negative on Griffin and the atmosphere in the locker room around him. Thinks most players side with Shanahan.

Been quite a few people this morning saying their feel is that the players side with Shanahan on the issue. not that he went to the media with it, just that they are with him in not liking what is going on.

The fact there is no one on the staff that looks to be a decent choice as HC based on what they have done as assistants is yet another demerit for Shanahan.

Haslett's defense is terrible.

Keith Burns special teams are historically bad.

The linebackers I think have underachieved.

The OL is a mess. Four of the starters are nearing or over 30. None of the younger players are going to get a chance to play.

So I guess we know why the line never helps Griff up now. Dammit why can't this team EVER get it right with coaches and players at the same time.

Sounds like a Hangman puzzle.

Seems a coaching change is inevitable I'm more worried about what's left of our good players demanding trades. Like Polumbus

Trade RGMe, get our number one pick back, parlay that into a couple of high 2nd round picks and get some damn linemen that will protect Cousins

I like where your heads at Sarge but doubt we could get a 1st for him now. Gonna have a coach killer tag I bet.

Who's going to give a #1 pick for a guy with 2 surgeries on his knee, a serious ego issue, and dad-baggage

I still think Griffin can become an elite QB, but right now at this point the comparisons between him and Luck are absolutely laughable. The two aren't even in the same realm in terms of baggage and readiness for the NFL.

So Skip Bayless is on now saying his sources said the acquisition of RG3 is all on Snyder...not Shanahan. According to Bayless, he and Smith have sources suggesting Shanahan was content taking Tannehill and to pick up Cousins in the 3rd.

I wonder if that's true tho or everyone just kicking us when we're down? What a mess either way.

And if it were true, and Shammy didn't do it his way, he is 100% to blame.

100%

Not sure how this makes Shanahan look any better considering Griffin's incredible success last season. I guess Shanny is betting this year is the norm, not the exception?

(I'm assuming Mike had something to do with this rumor being leaked...)

Hey! It's Zewl!

And that really happened, cause.............well.....................just cause!

Dysfunctional relationships aside, you guys aren't now suggesting that selecting Griffin was some horrible mistake, are you?
