Pro Bowl

Frankly, for about a decade now, it's been the cool thing to do. I'm a little surprised as this is Daniels first nod, plus it would have been fun to see him in the skills competition and making the rest of the league look silly playing flag football, but I don't blame Jayden for needing a break. He went straight from the college season into draft prep into a 23 games (preseason, reg, and post) with the 'skins.
 
I figured it was because they already started their 26 hr a day, 8 days a week strength and conditioning program. Can’t miss that for a pro bowl.
 
The serious answer is after playing a 17 game regular season + 3 playoff games, what the really need is rest and recovery.

Not to compete in some silly games.

My guess is if they had not made the playoffs or maybe lost in the first round of the playoffs they might have had a desire to participate.

Remember: rest and recovery is essential to strength and conditioning.
 
JP Finlay said Terry McLaurin's wedding is set for Feb 15 in Cabo, and that he's likely forgoing the trip to to Pro Bowl Week(end) to get to wedding planning with the missus.
