Gruden is growing on us all. To some, they have loved him from the start. I was skeptical, because of halftime adjustments more than anything. Now I believe in him, because of how the team is growing from within and how we have gotten better as the season has progressed. The decision he made one week before the season started, took some balls. It has paid off.
