Nope, its that those two got off for pretty serious stuff. Owens got the bone for broadcasting flyboy humor

those 2 were basically peons in the cog while he was top of the line CO on a carrier man.

you're missing the point. everything you forward is legitimate...but the Navy conducted review processes and made a decision years ago. this outcome is prompted by PR...not the Naval justice system

Ryman sometimes the court of public opinion can be worse. Living near Norfolk this was the big story for awhile. Now you don't hear anything about Capt. Honors.

The Enterprise, with it's new Commander, departs Norfolk today for deployment. It's been in Newport News and Norfolk since 2008 for repairs and overhaul.
