Official Game Thread - Week 2 - Commanders @ Packers - TNF

Looked like a very strong hook by the DB's left arm on the second down play...
 
This is almost identical to last week with roles reversed except i think they're kicking our asses a tad more than we did last week.
 
Al & Kirk... Lombardi never coached the Commanders.
 
Defense getting a stop, got a little lucky with the offensive holding, but good work on the other 3 downs.

2 minutes, 3 timeouts, and good field position. Jayden 2 minute drill time, let's go!
 
Being forced to go hurry up to get down the field and score any points before half will be good for us. Offense has been too deliberate and conservative

Ekeler had that great spinning run where he strung moves together last week, but Bill just has juice he doesn’t. Problem is Bill missed a pass protection assignment last week and Ekeler is dependable in these situations

They’ve got the 3 timeouts, it’ll be okay I think. If we don’t get into the end zone it won’t be because of the time

Edit; aaaand no points. 58-yarder is a tough ask, offense is letting the team down. Which is the last thing I expected but we’ve had a rusty start

Hard not to feel bitter about our star WR destroying the offseason schedule and locker room vibes only to accept essentially the same contract he rejected for months because his eyes got bigger than his brain
