Official Game Thread - Week 11 - International Game - Dolphins vs Commanders

I'll take that as a win all day long with the guys we have out there on D
 
Well at least they'll get the pain over with early this week.
 
Defense held to a field goal, thanks to Miami delay of game, but can they force a punt? It’s been a while since they’ve done that.

Offense looking efficient, but we probably need touchdowns to keep pace.

It does, you get the feeling if we get a penalty the offense won't be able to overcome it. If they stay on schedule though it might work. Not much room for error though.

I think the offense has been pretty good at moving the ball, maybe it just looks difficult compared to how easy our defense makes things for our opponents.

Every play feels like a struggle to pick up 6 yards, penalties are difficult to overcome, the operation is sloppy and stalled leading to those penalties and wasted timeouts, there’s no explosive element. We feel lucky to be able to convert for a fresh set of downs. I don’t think they look very good or efficient at all

Yes, this has been one of the biggest problems this year. They have a lower than normal percentage of converting 3rd and shorts all year, I would say - but 3rd and long? It has been so rare.

Contrast that with last year; this team was truly dangerous in any down and distance. A big part of that was purely JD though. I think with that part of the game eliminated, and a year of tape, we have been exposed this year on offense.

Hope we will see some advances today in these stats. The first drive looked ok. We'll see how it goes.
 
Left side of the defense is being exploited, they either can't shed a block and or overrunning the play. Its atrocious.
 
To be fair to Kliff, that play looked so weird that I feel like someone did something wrong or Marcus did the wrong thing
