I wish I had enough confidence in our offense to pick them to win this game, I think the defense can hold the Bills to 24 but not sure we can overcome that on O, yet. However, the Bills are giving up a stupid amount per carry over 5 yards but I believe haven't allowed a rushing td. The good thing is that we play them at home with a reinvigorated crowd and a home field fan base that looks like it feels it can sway a game.

Looks like this is our Alumni game...

Part of me wishes they would be communicating that widely well before the Wednesday before the game...

Does seem like short notice, hmm, similar to the past, what is the constant, Jason Wright??

175 former players isn't thrown together overnight, maybe they kept it quiet until it was a sell out or until they could gauge fan reaction to new ownership?

Logan Thomas has been ruled OUT

Curl and Samuel have now popped up on the 'injury' report with an illness... their status is now in question for Sunday

Not saying it’s COVID but we are seeing a lot of it and it’s probably going to impact a lot of NFL games this fall/winter.

Sounds like weather will be a large part of the story Sunday...

Yes - it does

You have to think that maybe any advantage Buffalo had going into this game is out the window now with the projected wash out conditions. This game could literally be decided by the special teamers, how cleanly balls are handled on returns, etc. Cheeseman better have removed his head from his behind...

I’ve already hinted at it - but Cheeseman should be gone already and I won’t be surprised at all if he is the reason we lose this game if it comes down to field goals.

Ron’s a nice guy. Belichick isn’t a nice guy. Need I say more?

Yeah, it's hard to know who that favors if anyone. My general mindset is, it's more of an equalizer making a closer game more likely. So if one buys into the idea that Buffalo is a superior team, I have to think that helps us?

Depends on team speed. Is Buffalo a faster team than us? If so,tilts to our favor (slow track).

If we're even, who can be more physical? Can our Oline be physical when they have to?

I think it's more complicated than that. Which team's skill position players have better hands, fewer issues giving up the ball? What are the two offenses calling play-wise? Luck (which DB slips and falls down on a passing down?). Way too many factors. I don't really think weather favors one team over the other, but I do think it makes a close game with more turnovers more likely.

Interesting to read fan reactions on an opponent's forum for an upcoming game...

Two Bills Drive: Week 3 - Buffalo at Washington

Seems like a mix of cocky disrespect with fans more familiar with the Commanders warning it might not be the cakewalk some anticipate. Lots of 'trap game' nervousness (Buffalo to play Miami in Week 4).
