Okay, now I'm picturing both you and RedWolf as Shirley Temple in one of those 30's musicals where she's like "Golly, that's so neat. Omagod! Is that a real lollipop? Wow!"

In a way, I suppose that's fitting, after all, Shirley filmed her hits during the Great Depression and the last few decades of Redskins fandom could be described as the Great Depression.

Well golly gee willikers there Mr. Goodship-Lollypop! 🥰🤪🫣 I'm 6.3 225 former teams guy. Never had that type of description about me in my life! 🤣🤣🤣

Just happy to be on the winning end of the stick after 20+ years of misery, pain and lost hopes. I am sure you can relate...as well as many others here.

Glad you took it in the spirit it was intended. I do think there is this sence of wonder and amazement that we are feeling again. I sadly doubt any of us can regain that innocence anymore (if we would want it back) but just being able to whoop like a little kid without having to rationalize or make excuses is pretty damn cool... and maybe about as close to Shirley Temple as we can achieve.

The chat posts roll by too quickly to make sure the person you want to call a dipshit knows that you’re calling him/her a dipshit because the context rolls over.

I’m ahead of the chat with antenna. I make it a point to not post a spoiler ahead of time and then blammo, there’s all this reaction to a previous play while I’m watching the next one.

FTR, I looked just like Shirley Temple as a small one, everywhere I was taken in public it was said...and she passed away on my birthday. RIP, Ms. Ambassador. :love:

I have xfinty with a roku but live in MT Airy MD and the only dc channel we don't get is FOX 5 so when the game is not on Fox 45 in baltimore I grab it on a HD antenna - and the antenna is 30-50 seconds ahead of the game on Xfinity. I do like Chat and every time I checked out this thread in the past it seemed much less active.

I was thinking about giving that a try. The only thing I care about being delayed is Commanders games. The rest on a delay doesn’t bother me.
 
Gotta post this…. Never felt this about ANY Redskins team since 1991… Told my 2 kids that we were winning this game once we got the ball with this score. Had to post a video proving it. Not sure it recorded my prediction but it recorded the reaction….
