That was an embarrassing game. We came out flat on defense, flat on offense, turned the ball over 3 times. There are only so many times that we can count on luck or JD heroics to overcome the lack of talent. Eventually it caught up to us.

Either way, we've been playing with house money for a couple of weeks now, so I can't be too terribly mad about the way the season went. Hopefully the glaring holes we have can at least be somewhat addressed this offseason.

Actually, that first drive was pretty good even if it ended up in just a field goal. Went downhill quickly from there though.

But yeah, D pretty much never had it.
 
terrible loss. we knew our defense was going to be exploited and our offense needed to protect the D. the team failed him with those damn turnovers and took away our normal game plan. eckler's fumble was the most "excusable" one. the other two shouldn't have happened because i'm sure the coaches stressed ball security after the last Philly game. I am the most torn up for Terry and Jayden.

The only thing worse would be a Walt Coleman offspring. Thankfully, the man was undesirable by any mating partner. Hoculi spawn is bad enough....
 
The Eagles won. They were the superior team. By far.

But those LATE flags… thrown seconds AFTER the play…. virtually waiting to see the outcome of the play before deciding to call a flag against Washington… that’s enraging.
 
Yep, that's what the zebra defenders don't get. We can acknowledge that the Eagles were the superior team today AND the refs screwed us repeatedly. They're not mutually exclusive.
 
Hochuli was used for that reason today.

Sorry it's sports entertainment just a couple steps above wrestling.

If we didn't have any turnovers and those types of calls were made sure - but we lost the game by not securing the ball - 100% why we lost
 
Think about it this way. Why do sports with other crews use the guy who everyone knows is partial to an extreme to ref  that game. Any other business you need to declare conflict of interest and recuse yourself or at least avoid appearance.

Yet we repeatedly see guys assigned suspect games... why?
 
Needs: Edge, OL, CB, WR, RB.

Daniels has proven to be capable of winning any game without an elite OL so I would leave that alone in the draft mostly and defer to FA signings.

We need DL to stop the run, pass rush, and dudes like Surtain on defense.

JD will win on offense with almost anyone. He proved this with Ertz, the Browns and McLaurin.

If we had Gibbs, Parsons/Garrett and a rook elite CB we'd match the eagles.

That doesn't excuse missed facemasks, missed hits to the head, not calling a PF on the defender who hit Ertz five steps out of bounds when they called one against us for half a stride. The refs called it one-sided. They didn't need to. We made enough mistakes and the Eagles were superior.

Defending the refs when they are terrible doesn't make the game better. It makes the game worse. We should demand better.
 
Sad way to go out. I’m most disappointed by the turnovers. Can’t beat a great team helping them like that. Each one came at the worst time and canged the tone of the game each time we got back into it. Hopefully we continue to get better players and compete each year for a Super Bowl.

No we need OLINE OLINE OLINE DLINE WR CB unless we can get a stud RB in free agency no one in the draft at our place of going RB are better than what we have

Agreed with those as needs hopefully we can fill the FA going to be huge. Not used to picking this late in the draft but AP is
