Welp, I’m back - I joined BGO a while ago but was largely inactive over the years aside from an occasional drive-by lurk.
I am/was (?) Dan T. on Extremeskins. Absent any word from the team, I’m assuming it’s gone for good.

BGO was built by some genuinely good guys, and my hope is that it thrives in the presumed permanent absence of Extremeskins.

I do have to say it feels downright Snyder-esque for the organization to pull the plug like that without a peep of explanation. Even the moderators are in the dark. It’s a slap in the face to a big segment of their fan base, and really the first black mark of the new ownership group’s tenure. I thought they were better than that.

Anyway, hello all. Nice to see some familiar names here, including recent additions from the diaspora.

Hi Everyone, UK Skins here (same as on ES), thanks to Boone/Tarhog for correcting my embarrassing typing. Been on ES for over 20 years, I was, I believe, the first non-North American on the site (Die Hard is Canadian from memory, hence the qualifier) and have fond memories of Om, Tarhog, Buddha and DH welcoming me (but not Art, hope he's not here?!). Miss the old site but happy to be here. Those who know me will know I don't post much. job and time difference doesn't help there. Obviously I'm from the UK - London to be precise. Been a fan since the 1980s, seen our beloved team live three times, twice here and once at FedEx. My beautiful wife (she made me write that!) is also a Redskins/Commanders fan and we are loving the new ownership and performances. Thanks for having me. UKS.
 
Another ES member here. I found my way here from the Commanders sub-Reddit. Happy to find this place and see some of the familiar names from ES. I like browsing Reddit for certain things but I was not feelin it on that sub-Reddit. Hopefully more and more ES members make their way over.

Another ES refugee here, just joined, was 80's Fan over there. Good to see some familiar names here. Not a prolific poster but have rooted for the team since the Doug Williams Superbowl which was the main reason I got interested in the game. A true legend & very decent human.

Now it's a new era, JD5 is here, talent in the front office, a coach to die for, let's return to greatness!!!!

Great to see you here UK Skins! We all remember you from the early days. We have several UKers here, including one of our ownership group members Knightingale who is an author and a great guy. Welcome!
