Glad he missed that kick. They never got the snap off and didn't deserve the extra play. More, they would have never been able to spike the ball once it reached the QBs hands before 0:00 even if they did get the snap off which they didn't.

I think the rule is, it can't end on a defensive penalty and the call was the the Bills were offsides. In that case, the clock goes to 1 second and the snap doesn't matter.

Philly came out fired up on the kick off and first play. Then Shannon and Purdy carved them up. Mitchell got beat bad a few times and gave up his first TD of the season.

I remember seeing teams in the prep game last year being just quiet and serious walking onto the field. I said that I didn't feel good about those teams. Then I saw us come out the locker room in Tampa and Detroit hyped up with swag. That's how San Francisco looked, led by Trent Williams when they came out. I knew they would come to play. It excudes confidence and no fear.

I don't think I've ever hated a team more than the Eagles - ditto their fans. Jalen Hurts is probably the most underrated QB in the NFL though. He is so good in the postseason.
