NFL Pickem 2015: Week 13 Results

This week it was Shi No Tenshi leading all players with a 13-3 record. Just behind him at 12-4 were DieselPwr44 and Jimbo, followed by JohnssBass, Posse Lover, Om, and DixieFlatline, all at 11-5.

On the season, DieselPwr44 leads all players with an impressive 122-69 record, with a razor thin 1 game lead over DixieFlatline. Rounding out the top 10 are Shi No Tenshi, Om, Jimbo, redskins26, Burgundy Burner, Lovethebeer, Neophyte, and Kel Varnsen.

Falling further behind. Must employ scorched earth policy. I have no idea what that means, but time to try it anyway.

A lot of guys who could be in it all the way to the end make the same mistake - making a bunch of risky upset picks in an effort to shake things up. Rarely if ever works. A ton of ground can be made up in a 4 week span. If you are in the top 20 or 25, you are still in it.

I urge folks to continue playing even if you don't feel you have a shot at a prize. It's the right thing to do - and you might win the yet to be ever awarded Swami prize for a perfect week.

I went out once with a girl named Swami. She had some good yoga moves, but let's not go there.

I picked the Cardinals this week. Now it is time to watch the Vikings make a comeback.
