Draft Month is upon us, so what better way to get things started than with an NFL Mock Draft 2026? This mock draft doesn’t include analysis for every pick; I’m only providing analysis of the trades I’ve executed.
Earlier this week, I released a primer for four potential trades we could see in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft, many of which I’ve used in this NFL Mock Draft 2026. You can check that article out here.
I firmly believe that we’ll have a team trade into the top ten; it’s just a matter of where. A team looking to move up for Jeremiyah Love is certainly a possibility, but that means that the Jets or Cardinals would need to move down. Draft Analyst Daniel Jeremiah was critical of Arizona State WR Jordyn Tyson. Assuming this is the buzz in NFL circles, I think it’s fair to say the Dolphins would make a move up to get their guy.
The Jets have four picks in the top 50, so I don’t think they’re losing much by dropping down a few picks. As for Carolina, they have the opportunity to leap Detroit for an offensive tackle. Mauigoa has nosedived in this NFL Mock Draft 2026, but I still think he’s one of the better offensive linemen in this class.
Texans GM Nick Caserio has proven that he’s willing to move up and down the draft board as he sees fit. Caleb Banks is the target, and a few teams, like Buffalo, could look to fill the same need. Houston wouldn’t have to give up much to move up five spots in this NFL Mock Draft 2026, so they’re not breaking the bank.
