How do you feel about the Commanders Brand 2.0?

  • Vastly improved, if this is THE brand moving forward I’m satisfied.

  • I like the direction, but I still feel more to do. I will/have specified in thread.

  • I don’t like this new direction. I didn’t like the old either. They can’t make this work for me.

The W should be outlined in white, the spear through the W sucks.

The uniforms are much better and the black uniform is infinitely times better even with the weird spear integration.

Overall - it’s a good thing.

But I wish they listened to the fanbase.

Small detail, but I wish they had put a white outline on the W for the burgundy helmet, the way it has a gold outline on the black.
That shade of burgundy is perfect, though.

Love these. I have zero complaints. Love the uniforms going back to the old school uniforms. They look great. Love the alternate. Looks amazing. I like the spear, but am glad it’s just on the alternate. I wouldn’t change anything.

Also, the media and marketing team killed the video.

Thank God we replaced Snyder with Harris. The uni’s. Going back to the RFK site. Upgraded player facilities now getting an ‘A’ in player surveys. Harris has been knocking it out of the park.

Now we just need to win. A lot.
 
It's better. Most relevant thoughts have been shared. I agree that the spear through the W gives me a defeated vibe and less on the attack, feels a bit F-Troop.
Glad the Stanford/Phoenix Cardinal look is gone. They got the pants and jerseys right, but logo still needs some work.
 
I’m glad they didn’t change the W logo. I’m used to it. The spear version looks a little amateurish and honestly, what does a spear have to do with the name ‘Commanders’? Yes I know we once had a spear logo back I. The stone ages. I just don’t think it fits. I hope like hell they don’t make that the official logo. Sometime simpler is better. I like the black uniforms except for the spear in the logo.

Yup. Not outlining the W in white and the spear on the black helmet are the only two real blemishes here.

It’s a major positive overall.

But not outlining the W is an odd choice.

The spear does look a bit funny, but i do wonder if it will evolve.
 
As usual, I am underwhelmed.

I love the traditional/SB uniforms although I am not sure why we ever felt the need to deviate from them in the first place. Ok, one mistake corrected. Cool.

I have never liked the W much at all. Putting the spear through it does not make it any worse though, so meh.

The black uniforms look like those worn by a team in the Big Sky or the Missouri Valley conference.

Sorry to be a downer. Just being honest.

It'll be interesting now to see how we use them.
Will the burgundy jerseys ( I assume ) be primarily used at home ?
How many times will we wear the black uniforms. ( Up to four )
It looks like we will see white with gold for the first time in 10 years.
We most likely wont find out until the middle of August.

Maybe (wishful thinking) the spear going THROUGH the W is a sign that that are planning on killing off the W.

They should have just let AI make the logo as this is trash. Whoever made and approved it should be ashamed. This is high school design quality at best.
 
First chance I’ve had to look at everything just got out of my work meeting. I do like the way they have employed the spear alternate logo on the black uniform that definitely looks better than 00. I do wish we had just gotten the spear by itself on the black one, but honestly…I’m not too down about it. They are trying as much as they can to give us something cool and tie it to our past as much as humanly possible. If my only gripe is the spear through the W on the alt logo at this point, I can certainly live with that. I am very happy. We will look like the team we all know for the first time since 2022.
