New England Patriots' Justin Herron hailed as hero by police for helping stop attempted sexual assault

Patriots OT Justin Herron and a second man were presented with an "Outstanding Citizen" certificate by Tempe (Arizona) police after helping to stop the sexual assault of a 71-year-old retired teacher.

This story may not get the same attention as FA or when a player does something stupid, but to me, this is 10x more important. That man went out of his way to stop a serious crime when most might just ignore it or walk the other way.

Good on them for stepping in when they did. The mere fact that they had to is very disturbing

Good job by these guys. We need to hear more things like this. They had a choice and do the right thing and helped someone.
