CROC-650.jpg

NT Parks and Wildlife ranger John Burke said the 4.58m saltie put up a fight when he was trapped on Tuesday.

"It was a good-sized lizard," he said.

Converted to US measurements, the croc is just over 15 feet in length.

The other croc mentioned in the article, Sweetheart, was notorious for biting the outboards off the back of fishing boats.

That's a whole lot of belts, and boots sittin there. Can ya eat crocs ?
