As far as the rest of the 2024 season, the 7-4 Commanders have home games remaining vs. Dallas, the Titans, the Eagles, and the Falcons, and road matchups at the Saints and at Dallas, and of course, the Bye Week in 3 weeks.

How many wins will Washington earn the rest of the way?

I think three or four are definitely possible so I'm going with four.

Assuming nothing changes, they should beat Tennessee and Dallas twice. The Saints and Falcons games are toss ups. Even after Thursday, I’m not thinking the Eagles are unbeatable. A two point game deep into the 4th quarter shows me this team can compete with the Eagles. So my guess using the old injury designations:

In - 3 wins
Probable - 4 wins
Questionable - 5 wins
Doubtful - 6 wins

I think the Eagles sweep us to seal the division, and we lose to the Falcons. Wilcard spot is ours!

Next week is a must win vs. Dallas and will likely tell the tale of the season. You win that and you are sitting at 8-4 with five remaining vs. the Titans, Saints, Eagles, Cowboys, and Falcons. Even going 3-2 in that remaining five game stretch at that point gets you to 11 wins for the first time since '91. Jot me down for 11 wins if we beat Dallas in the next one, 10 if we stumble next week.

If #5 has hit the rookie wall plus can’t get over the rib issue? Two…maybe three wins.

I’m feeling bullish! 5 more wins!
(I’ve probably jinxed us now!)

I’m banking on us being more healed up and rested after our mini-bye before the Dallas game.
Then I think we take the Eagles in the return match at home after the proper bye.

We could possibly actually benefit from these late rest periods to be healthier leading into the post season.

ever the optimist 😂

I'm going with 4-2 down the stretch to finish 11-6. We get to the playoffs as a Wild Card. With that said I believe this team is capable of winning all 6 if things go our way.

Beginning of the year I predicted 6 to 7 wins. All I wanted to see was improved defensive play and week to week growth with JD. I never saw the first half of the season going the way it did. With that said, I feel like JD will probably be dealing with that rookie wall and those ribs rest of the way. I say 3 wins, which gets us to double digit wins for the first time in over a decade. A healthy, confident JD and who knows, 12 wins definitely within the realm of possibility.

we need to get back on that winning track next week. DQ needs to embarrass the Cowboys this season, next season, the season after until we dont view it as a rivalry anymore and they do again

Who voted zero and didn’t leave a comment? 🥸

Heart says 5.

Head says 4.

I voted with my head.

I just hate how we played the Steelers after they came fresh off a BYE week… and then 4 short days to a Philthy team that rested their starters for a quarter against DAL and also had a BYE.

Meanwhile, our BYE is around Lent or Easter…..

Not fair.

I think we win 10 games this year
