Okay, this is a sort of tricky mind-game brain-teaser IQ puzzle sort of thing.

The Washington Post morning paper arrived yesterday morning.

I found this in the newspaper:

I also found this in the newspaper:

How is this possible?

So the issue is you got 2 sports pages? I'm thinking the 2nd one was the original, they produced the later version later after the goal occurred and just made a 2nd special sports section.

Nope.

The paper game with one sport section. The front page is shown in the first photo above, page D1, showing Ovi after hitting #895.

But when you flip the section to the back page, there's another front page. But it's upside down. It was printed upside down! Rotate it 180 degrees, and it looks exactly like a front page. It's showing the UConn women and Paige Bueckers after achieving UConn's 12th national title.

Darrell Green Fan wins! Not because he got it right, but because he at least tried. :D

Hey I just saw this. You were too impatient, next time give me a year to peruse down the “All Things Sports” threads, where private thoughts can become threads but stay private… haha

I sold printing and spent my career working in a plant. I have no idea how that plate could have been switched out to have this printing error.
