Hello all

I have recently purchased a cool what a think old Washington bomber jacket and I was hoping some of the more experienced forum goers might help me with anymore information

It’s a really nice piece and I believe it is from the 80’s but that’s all I know and I’d love to get some more information.

Starter pro line series started in 1983 and the jackets debuted in 1986 and went through 2002.

Based on the design of the NFL logo and Redskins logo and burgundy/gold stripe pattern I would say it is right in that mid-1980's period.

It actually looked a bit older than that but in looking up the Starter line they didn't produce NFL products in the 1970's.

That is some absolutely fantastic information. I really appreciate that, it’s in good condition for something older than me. (It’s not hard)

It’s an absolutely fantastic piece and I’m so happy only paid the equivalent of $16

Wow nice find for around 16 bucks, but more importantly it seems you found something that makes you happy so there for well worth the money.

I still have my old starter jacket that I break out from time to time just to piss off the PC crowd haha.
