No calling yourself a fat slob in here!! Any more negative talk and I'm going to start making you do 10 push-ups for each occurrence like I do my gymnastics girls!
Sounds like you're on a roll with your weight loss routine. You should be very proud of yourself.
As for how much weight loss is "typically" advised each week? 1-2 pounds. However, as with everything in physical fitness and nutrition this is just a guideline, not a definitive #. There are so many variables that go into weight loss, such as how much a person weighs and has to lose, caloric intake, amount of exercise a person engages in and other factors.
I think the biggest thing is that you are taking in enough calories for your body's daily functions: 1,200 for women and I believe ~1,400 for men (although it may be a bit higher than that for men, not sure). Another big indicator is your energy level. If you are starting to feel run down on a regular basis, you likely need to cut back on your activity and/or increase calorie consumption.
By the way, I'm a big fan of Weight Watchers. I've never used it, but I've seen many friends use it with great results. It's the best program to teach participants about portion control, lifestyle changes and sustainable weight loss/maintenance. Hope you're finding it as useful as so many people I know have.
