I used to buy old electronics just to see if I could fix things and resell them but mostly I ended up buying a lot of junk that for the most part I never even tried to fix. I did repair some of the more expensive items but not everything.
I did end up repairing and improving an old Sansui 8080 and some old 60s Marantz amps to resell but most of my stuff just ended up piling up in the attics of my parents houses since I was a world explorer, aka Navy dude.
Today I found this one in my pile and its got a problem in one channel but I can't believe that it's still got almost all of the manufacturing tape on it.
WTF? I guess I bought this in Japan. Who else leaves the tape all over their very expensive audio system?
Look at how simple that set of electronics is! This is going to be a piece of cake
Just look at that circuit board!
