AKA The Crazy/Hot Scale on How I Met Your Mother. HR says I can't use it, but I grade my employees on this all the time, based on productivity instead of looks. The more productive they are, the more crazy I'm willing to put up with. Generally, your highest producers are the most crazy, but that crazy is offset by their production.
