Does Blough use a heavy amount of Motion? Asking cause Stoutland (who isn't a fan of it) and made the Eagles HoF-caliber OL for over a decade is now available.

Sort of? His statement didn't indicate that. His agent said he decided to leave the Eagles as he was being forced out by Sirianni.

The Eagles are saying they're hoping he sticks around "in some capacity", but the statement from Stoutland indicates no, he's fully out.

So the reported stuff seems a mix of just Eagles PR statements to Shefter/etc.

“With the offense stagnant, head coach Nick Sirianni took on a more active role over the latter part of the season. He and then-offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo began incorporating different run designs in an effort to kick start the operation.

Stoutland was not consulted about the changes to what he felt was an appropriate degree, a league source said, to the point where he no longer desired the title of run game coordinator because he felt it no longer fit his job description.

Stoutland, 63, is not expected to coach next season, a team source said. He was offered a role on the Eagles staff under new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion but declined, the source added.

Speaking with ESPN last week, Stoutland's agent, Alan Herman, had indicated that Stoutland was frustrated with how this season transpired with his voice not being heard within the organization and said there was a chance he could move on. However, Herman had emphasized Stoutland was not planning to retire from football.“

Is he still under contract with the eagles because he left?

Would compensation be required?
 
You guys are talking like we will hire Stoutland, why would you think that? Man I would LOVE that.

I think the worst coaching move so far overall is OL coach. I don’t like that move.

I don’t see them getting Stoutland and I really don’t understand why they went with whom they did.

We already promoted stapleton.

I think that falls all on the shoulders of Nick Sirianni … we only see his antics from a far and can’t stand the guy, could you imagine just how much we would if we did a deep dive… remember this is a guy that once cussed out fans and fought with them and then knowing the press would ask about it afterwards brought his kids to the podium just so he wasn’t asked about it… the guy wins because of the talent they have up there not because he’s a good coach, and he’s a huge idiot too.. I’m no AJ Brown fan at all but I would venture to say over 75% or higher of the issues between him and Sirianni are not his fault…remember too Ertz took issue with this clown
 
Winning cures a lot of ills. Can you imagine how bad it must be if the salve of winning a Super Bowl isn't enough to soothe all that's wrong with that team's culture?

All due respect, but after Boone's post we still had people posting outside of topic.

On a Blough/offense note... It's going to be very interesting to see which guys inevitably get jetisonned / replaced because they don't fit the vision. And which guys are elevated because they do.

I have a feeling guys like Sinnott are going to be utilized different and Burks is going to be much more highly valued.

Have I mentioned how vital getting Tunsil re-signed is? Blough really can't have a situation where we don't do anything to replace him and then he doesn't play and our depth suffers because of it.

Now that the coordinators are decided it seems to me the Tunsil contract should be the number one priority in my eyes. AP has mentioned multiple times how important that is, now he needs to put his money where his mouth is

I too expect Burks to be back and given the opportunity to shine in 2026 . My hopes for SInnottt have continued to be that he is used in a move TE much more like was expected when he was drafted.
