Please not Daboll. He's said things in interviews that make it clear he doesn't get why things work or don't work. He doesn't like to practice concepts if he considers them "easy" and then gets confused when his team struggles to do them.

Luckily the HC sets the practice schedule and defines what is and isn’t worth working on, in most organizations, and that wouldn’t be Daboll here. Installing the weekly game plan is one thing, but installing a whole new system, you’d have to start with the nuts and bolts. I’d be open to criticism on this topic and I’m not at all sold on Daboll as an option, but I’m also skeptical this issue is not something fans latched onto when they started needing things to be upset about, because he made an offhand comment in a presser once or whatever.
