"If you knock Staubach out, you've got that rookie facing you. That's one of our goals." - Diron Talbert (Staubach was knocked out in the 3rd quarter, Thanksgiving Day, 1974, with the Redskins leading 16-3 -- but the rookie, Clint Longley, came in to beat us, 24-23)

"I picked him up and pushed him back... It wasn't a smooth play, it was a desperation play. It was such an eerie feeling when it happened. I can’t find the actual quote, but remember a Walt Garrison answer to a reporter’s question of the loudest place he’d ever played. I paraphrase: RFK without a doubt. Those fans are right on top of the away bench. They’re crazy. They’re yelling and screaming the whole time. They’re jumping up and down, and those old bleachers are going bang, bang, bang. You’re sitting on the bench, and you gotta scream into a guy’s ear just to heard.

This story, the way the stadium rocked during the NFC Championship Game, it's like the stadium had a life of its own, its own heartbeat and spirit and I thought of that when I chose my name for ES and of course, that carried over here.

"Your boy has good hands."
- Sean Taylor

My son was playing (kind of serious) catch with Jason Campbell in the players parking lot after a game. He almost overan Mama Portis' spread at the end of her truck. Proud Pappa moment.

My 27 yo son is B&G diehard through and through.
