The time has come. It had a good ten year run at BGO and I thank everyone for the support and comments over the years. It has been quite a ride, but the inseason blog had low participation and viewing in 2020. The 2020 offseason blog posted its lowest numbers since the beginning. No complaints from me whatsoever - a ten year run is more than I ever thought possible.

So much of my work is now going to Riggo's Rag. A planned website (burgundyburner.com) is not likely to happen, but that is not a firm decision.

I didn't make this choice on a whim. It has been several months in the making and when anything has run its course, it is time to close it down. There are times when athletes hang on too long to their dreams and it is hard to let go. I've chosen to end BBQ at the right time and not hang on too long.

Thanks for being loyal readers and supporting the inseason and offseason blogs each year. I hope you will read my articles at Riggo's Rag for many years to come. I've incorporated some of the BBQ features into my articles and it has been well received. None of that would be possible without the support and loyalty that I have seen here over the years.

I'm not going anywhere. We have championships to celebrate and losses to keep us humble.

Thanks for all your hard work Ken!

Look forward to reading your perspectives in the future!

Ken, more thanks than I can ever give for your incredible hard work over all the years. We will really miss your contributions, particularly your draft and free agency insights. I have said it many times, but there has been no one better at it than you. Best of luck at RR or wherever you produce content in the future.

Thanks for all you did. I appreciated your insights and detailed research.

Thanks for all the hardwork over the years to keep that going, hats off my friend for the time and dedication you put into it.
