Interesting theory on the Breaking Bad finale:
Was The 'Breaking Bad' Finale A Fantasy Playing Out In Walter White's Mind?
Walter actually never made it out of the snow-covered car, and the entire thing was his fantasy. I doubt this was the case, because if so, I think Gilligan would have given us the satisfaction of seeing a frozen-to-death Walter in the car at the very end, or at least shown him being arrested. Still an awesome theory! Everything did work out a little too perfectly in the end.
