Is there seriously no interest in this game? Should we consider changing it to get a better turnout?
 
Well I thought we already went through who was going a few threads ago but to start it off, I'm in!

I am too, this is the game that Uncle is coming to and he's bringing up his DJ gear... I talked to him about parking with us and he's said he's all for it, but is saddened that we cant be closer to the other board and group together.
 
Who said there's no interest?? This is the game and that won't change. Encourage everyone who can make it to come on - we had a blast last year! And we'll stick with the location. It's plenty close enough to other tailgates if folks want to visit.

oh i know... this thread just died so i was hoping it WASNT because of lack of interest.
 
I am in! I don't think Kelly will be coming with me since Leela will be only a few months old.

Silent Threat are we drinking in the parking lot of the hotel the night before the game till 4 am again lol

We should have just went right over to the stadium at midnight and started tailgating lol! I didn't think Gardner and Jason were going to make it that morning hahahaha

I was in rough shape the next morning... til i got a couple beers in me. My Uncle is stayin at the Radisson and he's the one who showed me that little secret, so I'm sure some beverage consumption will be taking place :)

Looks like you guys are gonna be stuck with me ... but I need a way to the game (I can drive and meet you anywhere) as I don't have a parking ticket. While I stay with friends near Columbia, MD, I can drive from there and meet you anywhere (as long as it's safe to park my car).... may be earlier to start thinking this, but I thought I'd give you a warning that I'd be there :) I had to be sure to get Monday night off work since I'm not sure what time I'd be getting on the road to get home. That's taken care of. So thanks Boone! I can't wait!
 
How much are you bringing? If you're traveling light just take the Metro and walk in, that is if you can't arrange a ride with anyone. I also know some folks stay at the local hotels so you might be able to arrange a meet there.
 
I'm driving down from West Virginia, have to rent a car. I'm hoping I can meet up with someone either staying locally in a hotel where it'll be safe to park the car. I'll be more than willing to chip in on the parking cost... not sure what to do about bringing something to the tailgate... I'll figure something out. We got time :) But then again, as we all know, once the season starts, it seems to fly by :(

The hotel is kind of close by but not close enough to walk by any means.

Where is the hotel? Could I meet some of you there and ride in with one of you?
 
I'm not going but the Radisson will be the best spot to meet. All hotels are on the same street
 
Okay..what Radisson and where? Actually I should probably wait til we get closer to the game to see who is brave enough to let me ride with them from the hotel to the game and back to the hotel ::grin::. I'm just thrilled that I am going to be able to come.

I believe it's Radisson Largo. We will have a group caravaning over like last year so there SHOULD be room.. keep an eye here and keep posting about needing a ride. You do need a parking pass to park at the hotel but those are free to guests staying there but I'm sure we will have enough to go around.

Thanks.. I will keep posting about this as well as needing a parking pass for the hotel. Looking forward to meeting you guys face to face!
