When I smoke a butt it normally takes 8-10 hours.

5 pounder. Was at 155 an hour or so ago. Figure with a stall I'm looking at, most likely, 3ish hours. But we'll see.

My chili is done and it's pretty good, new recipe. I will do no more work today than throwing the dog a Frisbee. Waiting until 3:00 is torture.
