BGO 'Classic' or BGO 'Dark'?

I'm just curious. In case you hadn't noticed, you have a choice in whether you want to view BGO on a traditional light-colored background - BGO 'Classic', or whether you've joined the dark side and prefer our dark-background version of the site, 'BGO Dark'.

Which one does it for you?

See the light bulb in the upper right hand corner? You just click it to go from light to dark or vice-versa.

You should read the New BGO User Guide in the Feedback and Tech Support forum. Might be a lot of functionality you're missing out on.

I love the dark mode myself, but a little surprised so many (so far) prefer it. Not sure if it's because it's the default or folks really favor it, but I'm glad we spend so much time getting the look we wanted since seems it's the primary mode folks are using.

I like the light, because of an issue I mentioned earlier.
When you highlight something in a quote, to delete or edit, if you're in the dark mode, the highlighted area is virtually the identical color as the unhighlighted area, making it virtually impossible to differentiate.

I fixed that issue shortly after you identified it. Unless you are talking about something I'm not following. For example, if you switch to dark mode and look at this post, it is obvious what text is quoted, and what text is the reply. Are you talking about something else?

I really like the dark theme, that's always my go-to when it's an option. I'm only 33 but its more comfortable for me.
