No doubt in my mind…at least until any reputable source chimes in.

This FA class is a lil lackluster more so than usual but as several alluded to, great players in their prime
don't hit the open market often in the NFL these days. I honestly would have no issue bringing Von back on a 1 year
deal for situational pass rushing if the price is right, Wagner as much as I love the guy I'd rather go younger
but that's a big IF we could find someone to take on the role as a 100 plus tackler.

As far as Downs goes, I'll trust McAfee over some anonymous "team" scout regarding his medical condition
and Pat states he talked to several teams that saw no issues that would keep them from drafting him. I'm with the
rest that WE DON'T REACH at 7 for edge, hell I don't want to reach at any position, run the draft the way successful
teams do. If neither a top tier edge or downs is available at 7, I'd hope we'd find a trade back partner.

I remember something about Curl thinking he was going to get a major offer from the team, then he ended up getting 6M or so from the Rams instead of 15+ from us.
